SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will look to snap a two-game losing streak when it faces New Mexico State at 7:30 p.m. (CT) on Saturday in Las Cruces, N.M. The game can be seen live on ESPN3 and Comcast Sports Net Houston.
The Roadrunners (11-10, 5-5 WAC) and Aggies (9-11, 3-7 WAC) are the top defensive squads in the Western Athletic Conference this season. They are holding opponents to 54.8 and 59.6 points per game, respectively.
New Mexico State won the season's first meeting, 69-52, on Jan. 3 in San Antonio and is one of just five teams this season to score more than 60 points in regulation against the Birds.
