SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA women’s basketball team will look to become the first team to defeat Southland Conference-leading McNeese State at Burton Coliseum this season when it faces the Cowgirls in a 7 p.m. contest on Wednesday. The Roadrunners (11-12, 7-3 SLC) have won 14 of the 16 meetings between the teams since the arrival of head coach Rae Rippetoe-Blair in 2000.
