SAN ANTONIO — Luby Lichonczak will make his UTSA head coaching debut on Sunday when the Roadrunners travel north to Austin to face Big 12 foe Texas. Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m.

Miki Turner led four players in double figures with 16 points in UTSA's 76-50 victory against East Central (Okla.) in last Friday's lone exhibition game of the season. Kamra King added 13 on 4-of-5 shooting, while juniors Ashley Spaletta and Niaga Mitchell-Cole each tallied 11. Freshman Tesha Smith pulled down a game-high 15 rebounds in just 15 minutes of action.

King has led UTSA in scoring each of the last two seasons. The Norman, Okla., native averaged 9.3 points per outing as a sophomore and that came on the heels of 10.4 as a freshman.

Texas has won all three previous meetings with UTSA, including a 71-60 triumph back on Nov. 13, 2009.
