IRVING — Conference USA (C-USA) announced Wednesday that Comcast Sports Southeast will televise UTSA men’s basketball games at UTEP (Jan. 25) and against Rice (Jan. 30).

The Roadrunners and Miners will tip off at 3 p.m. (CT) from the Don Haskins Center, which also will be the host arena for March's C-USA Tournament. The Birds opened the 2011-12 season with a 73-64 victory at UTEP in their last trip to El Paso

Meanwhile, UTSA will host the Owls at 8 p.m. five days later. The Roadrunners own a 4-1 all-time mark against Rice, but the teams will be meeting for just the second time since 1984.

UTSA, which officially joined C-USA on July 1, will open its 33rd season of play when it hosts Northern Arizona at 7 p.m. on Nov. 9.
