KCWX to broadcast Idaho game

SAN ANTONIO — KCWX-TV announced Thursday that it will broadcast UTSA's Western Athletic Conference game at Idaho on Saturday, Nov. 17. Kickoff is slated for 4 p.m. (CT) at the Kibbie Dome.

Sam Adams (play-by-play), Bill Ames (analysis) and Jim Goodman (sidelines) will call the first meeting between the two programs.

KCWX-TV is available in the San Antonio market on AT&T U-Verse (2/1002 HD), DirecTV/DISH Network (2), Grande Communications (2/802 HD) and Time Warner Cable (4/102 HD).

Seven of the Roadrunners' 12 contests this year now will be broadcast on television or the Internet. The South Alabama (ESPN3), New Mexico State (KCWX-2/ESPN3/Altitude 2), Rice (FOX College Sports) and San Jose State (ESPN3) games already have been shown, while this Saturday’s home tilt against Utah State (ESPN3) and the Nov. 3 trip to Louisiana Tech (ESPN Regional Television/KCWX-2) also will be broadcast.

UTSA owns a 5-5 all-time record in its broadcasted outings after splitting its four such games this year and six a year ago.
