ACCESSIBLE SEATING:
The Alamodome has accessible seating in various sections of the 100,
200, and 300 levels. Please request accessible seats when ordering
tickets.
ALCOHOL BEVERAGE POLICY: No alcohol may be brought into or out of
the Alamodome. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the
facility. All persons must be age 21 or older and provide legal
identification to purchase alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic purchases are
limited to
TWO (2) beverages per buyer for most
events. Management has the right to refuse service at anytime. Alcohol
sales can be terminated at any time at the discretion of the Alamodome
management.
ATM LOCATIONS: ATMs are located inside the Alamodome on the Plaza Level (2), in sections 103, 112, 134, and 143.
BAGS: Small bags and purses are permitted. All items brought into the Alamodome are subject to search.
BANNERS AND SIGNS: The Alamodome has a "no banner" policy. Small
signs are allowed, but larger signs with sticks or poles are not.
Banners and signs may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the stadium.
Banners and signs must not be commercial in nature or obscene, or cause a
disturbance with other fans. The Alamodome reserves the right to remove
any banner or sign without exception.
CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS: Cameras are permitted at UTSA
football games. However, large professional lenses and flash photography
both are prohibited. Video cameras are not allowed in the facility
unless the person has a media credential.
CONCEALED WEAPONS: No weapons (handguns, etc.) will be permitted on our premises, even if you have a concealed weapons permit.
DOOR OPENING: Doors will open 90 minutes before kickoff at UTSA football games.
EMERGENCIES AND EVACUATIONS: The Alamodome is committed to
providing the highest standard of safety for our visitors and employees.
Emergency response procedures have been developed to address an
emergency or crisis that might arise at the Alamodome or surrounding
areas that might affect the facility operation. In case of emergency,
proceed to the nearest stairwell and head down to street level and out
of the building. Areas of Rescue Assistance are available and visual and
audible alarms are located throughout the building for use in the event
of an emergency.
FIRST AID: Certified medical professionals are available at first
aid stations during all events to assist guests with medical needs.
Guests in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest
Alamodome employee for assistance.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES: The Alamodome offers a wide variety of food
and beverages. Guests are not permitted to bring any food or beverages
into the Alamodome. Containers such as bottles, cans, Thermos bottles or
plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our
guests.
GUEST COURTESY: The Alamodome is committed to providing an
enjoyable family atmosphere. In order to maintain a safe environment, we
request that all guests be courteous to those around them and abide by
building policies. Guests using foul language or appearing to be
intoxicated will be ejected from the stadium and lose all ticket
privileges. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry.
HANDICAPPED/DISABILITY PARKING: There are 55
handicapped/disability access parking spots available in Lot A for free
with valid placards and license plates. These spots are available on a
first-come, first-served basis. If possible, additional
handicapped/disability access spots will be made available in Lot A for
the regular parking fee of $10. If handicapped/disability parking is
full, a drop-off area will be made available in Lot A. For more details,

LOST AND FOUND: If you lose an item during an event, please
contact any Alamodome team member for assistance. Found items can be
returned to Guest Relations. The Alamodome is not responsible for lost
items. Found items will be returned to security for up to 30 days. For
more information regarding a lost item please call Alamodome security at
(210) 207-3680.
PARK & RIDE: VIA Park & Ride will be available for most UTSA Football games. Contact VIA for pick-up locations or visit
viainfo.net and click on the "Special Events" link.
PARKING: Parking for UTSA football games at the Alamodome will
cost $10 per vehicle. Buses and RV’s will cost $40. For game day driving
directions and potential street closures, please visit

RE-ENTRY: Patrons are not allowed re-entry at UTSA Football games.
SMOKING POLICY: In compliance with local and state laws, the
Alamodome is a smoke-free facility. Smoking exits are located on the
Plaza Level (2) of the building.
TAILGATING: Tailgating is allowed in the Alamodome parking lots.

TICKET POLICIES: Season ticket holders that need a ticket
reprinted must contact the UTSA Athletics ticket office to do so.
Children that are two years of age or younger do not need a ticket as
long as they sit on an adult’s lap. The re-sale of UTSA Football
tickets on the Alamodome premises is prohibited.
TICKET SALES: UTSA Football tickets may be purchased in person at
the Alamodome box office, on the Internet at
goUTSA.com, over the phone from the UTSA Athletics Ticket Office at (210) 458-UTSA (8872) or through Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or at any San Antonio Ticketmaster
outlet. The UTSA Athletics Ticket Office is open from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday. On game days, the Alamodome box office will open two
hours before kickoff.
