GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Lindsey Pew matched her program record in the pole vault on Friday to lead the UTSA women's track & field team at this weekend's Pepsi Florida Relays.

The junior college transfer from Mesa, Ariz., cleared 12-9 ½ (3.90m) for the second consecutive week en route to a ninth-place finish.

Meanwhile, the distance medley relay of Perez, Shantel Swift, Sarah Wedgeworth and Herrera passed the baton in 11:31.79, which was good for second place in the field of 13.

UTSA will return to action next Saturday, April 12, at the Texas Invitational in Austin.
