SAN ANTONIO — UTSA's women's track & field program will return from a two-week hiatus this weekend when it competes at the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Indoor Championships. The three-day meet is scheduled to get underway on Thursday at the Albuquerque Convention Center.
The women's pentathlon will be contested on the opening day. The first field event finals begin at 1:30 p.m. (CT) the following day and the track finals are scheduled to start at 5 p.m. Saturday's final day of action begins at noon with the field events and the remainder of the running event finals will start an hour later.
