SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will look to get back on the winning track on Saturday when it travels to No. 22 Louisiana Tech (7-1, 2-0 WAC) for a 3 p.m. Western Athletic Conference contest at Joe Aillet Stadium.
It will mark the program’s first-ever game against a nationally-ranked Football Bowl Subdivision foe. The Roadrunners (5-3, 1-2 WAC) took on 16th-ranked Sam Houston State a year ago (L, 7-22) when playing as a Football Championship Subdivision independent.
UTSA has dropped its last three outings after opening the 2012 campaign with five consecutive victories.
