Saw action in nine games at safety and linebacker … started the final three contests … registered 37 tackles (16 solos/21 assists), including a program-record 16 (7 solos/9 assists) at McNeese State (Nov. 12) … also had a pair of six-tackle efforts against Bacone (Sept. 24) and Georgia State (Oct. 29) … redshirted in 2010.

Prior To UTSA
A 2009 second-team Class 5A all-state honoree and also tabbed the San Antonio Express-News Area Defensive Player of the Year … also earned first-team all-district honors and played in the THSCA All-Star Game … collected 144 tackles, including 36 for loss, 19 sacks, a pair of interceptions and five blocked punts as a senior … helped team post a 12-2 record, as it advanced to the quarterfinals of the state playoffs … a second-team All-District 28-5A performer as a junior season after posting 94 stops … coached John Campbell.
