UTSA/Oklahoma State game day fan information guide
SAN ANTONIO — UTSA Athletics and the Alamodome have complied the following information for fans attending Saturday's football game between the Roadrunners and No. 13 Oklahoma State, which is scheduled for 11 a.m.
Due to the early kickoff time and ongoing road construction, heavy traffic congestion is anticipated in the Alamodome/Downtown areas. Fans are strongly advised to arrive at least ONE (1) hour prior to game time.
All Alamodome parking lots are SOLD OUT. Lots A, B and C will open at 6 a.m. for those who have Alamodome parking lot passes. Additional parking options are available in private lots or downtown parking garages. Click here for more information on downtown parking.
Via Park & Ride
Beginning at 8 a.m., VIA will offer park and ride buses from FOUR (4) convenient locations:
· UTSA Main Campus — Parking Lots BK1 and BK2 (next to Convocation Center and Recreation & Wellness Center)
· San Antonio International Airport (enter through Northern Boulevard/click here for a map of the new layout)
· Crossroads Park & Ride (northwest side of IH-10 & Loop 410 interchange)
· Madla Transit Center (I-35 South & Cantrell Drive)
The last bus departs to the game at 10:15 a.m. and the last returning bus from the Alamodome will leave 45 minutes following the end of the game.
Special event tokens from any VIA location will cost $2.50 one way ($5 round trip). UTSA students may purchase tokens at a rate of $1.25 each way ($2.50 round trip).
Additionally, VIA’s regular Yellow Streetcar Route provides service between the UTSA Downtown Campus and the Alamodome from the VIA stop located near Lot D3 located underneath IH-35/IH-10. The cost of this route is $1.10 each way with a UTSA student discount rate of 50 percent off.
