COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) has awarded UTSA seniors Kelsey Jewasko (volleyball), PD McIntyre (baseball), Morgan Luksa (softball) and Mark Waters (football) with its annual All-American Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year award. The honor is given to student-athletes who demonstrate consistency, discipline, perseverance and leadership in all facets of strength & conditioning.
