UTSA and the Lumberjacks, former Southland Conference foes, will square off for the 37th time on Sunday. The Birds own a 22-14 advantage in that series.
Left-hander Michael Kraft (0-1, 2.57 ERA) will start the tournament opener for UTSA and he will be opposed by Omaha righty Matt Tew.
Roadrunners right-hander Brock Hartson (0-1, 5.40 ERA) will toe the rubber in Saturday's tilt against Penn State and righty Steven Hill (0-2, 7.15 ERA) will get the call for the Nittany Lions.
UTSA has yet to name a start for the event's final contests, but Stephen F. Austin is expected to send right-hander Cameron Gann (0-1, 2.16 ERA) to the mound.
