SAN ANTONIO- UTSA will play its third game in six days on Thursday night when it hosts New Mexico State in a 7 p.m. tilt at the Convocation Center.

The Roadrunners (7-5, 1-1 WAC) split their first two Western Athletic Conference games with an overtime loss at preseason-favorite Utah State on Saturday before a victory at San Jose State on New Year's Eve. UTSA recorded 19 assists on its 20 baskets against the Spartans.
