KCWX to televise Thursday's New Mexico State

SAN ANTONIO — KCWX-TV will televise this Thursday's UTSA men's basketball game at New Mexico State. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. (CT) in the Roadrunners' first Western Athletic Conference (WAC) road contest in Las Cruces, N.M.

The broadcast will originate from New Mexico State's AggieVision. Jeff Matthews (play-by-play) and Glen Cerny (analyst) will call the action.

The Roadrunners and Aggies will meet for the third time and first as WAC opponents. UTSA won the inaugural meeting, 81-74, in overtime on Jan. 3, 2005, in San Antonio. New Mexico State evened the series with a 74-72 home victory on Dec. 20, 2005.

KCWX-TV is available in the San Antonio market on AT&T U-Verse (2/1002 HD), DirecTV/DISH Network (2), Grande Communications (2/802 HD) and Time Warner Cable (4/102 HD). This marks the second men's basketball game that KCWX has aired. (Old Dominion on Nov. 11).
