SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA women's cross country team will return to the course on Saturday morning when it competes at the Grass Routes Grand Prix in Austin. The 6,000-meter race is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. at Hancock Golf Course.
The Roadrunners, who were off last week, have yet to lose a meet this season. UTSA defeated Texas in its season-opening dual competition before successfully defending its team titles at the TLU Invitational and UTSA Ricardo Romo Classic the last two times out.
Two-time reigning Western Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week Alyssa Diaz has led the way. The junior has been victorious in the Birds' last two outings.
