SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will continue its spring campaign on Sunday with a road match at former Southland Conference foe Texas-Pan American. First serve is slated for noon at the Orville Cox Tennis Center in Edinburg.

The Roadrunners (0-1) are coming off a season-opening sweep at the hands of No. 67 TCU last Saturday.

Senior Martin Ayala and freshman Diogo Casa collected the Birds' lone victory against the Horned Frogs with an 8-5 decision in No. 1 doubles.

The Broncs (0-2) dropped back-to-back tilts against ranked opponents to open the spring, including a sweep against No. 54 Rice last Sunday.

Thomas Panoulas has recorded UTPA's lone point with a singles victory in the Broncs' 6-1 setback at No. 29 Texas Tech on Jan. 16.

UTSA has won the last three contests between the two teams, including a sweep on March 2, 2012, in San Antonio.
