Felow sophomore Harvinder Singh placed fourth in 25:52.38 and freshamn David Guillen was one spot behind his teammate after clocking a 25:53.72. Junior Kyle Hawley (26:21.02) and senior Daniel Balbontin (26:26.05) rounded out UTSA's scorers with their 12th- and 13th-place performances, respectively.

The Roadrunners netted 35 points and edged Houston (42) by seven points for the team crown. Sam Houston State (46) and Texas State (120) rounded out the team scores.

UTSA will return to the course in two weeks at the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Ark.
