SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will host its annual Roadrunners Fall Invitational this weekend at the UTSA Tennis Center. The three-day tournament begins at 9 a.m. on Friday.
The Roadrunners will compete against players from Texas-Pan American and Texas State in both doubles and singles matches.
Junior Isabelle Jonsson and freshman Jacobea Junger led UTSA at the season-opening Longhorns Invitational in Austin last weekend. The duo advanced to the quarterfinals of their draw after winning their Round of 16 contest.
A total of four Roadrunners made their collegiate debuts last weekend — Daniela Garcia-Diaz, Junger, Miranda Poile and Alena Schichkova.
